The doctor is available to see patients generally every day other than Sunday. PLEASE CALL TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AS THE SCHEDULE DOES CHANGE DAILY!!
PARKING: PLEASE READ!! THE EASIEST PARKING IS BEHIND THE MAC MALL/PC MALL ON WILSHIRE BLVD AND 15TH ST, AT THE NORTH EAST CORNER. JUST PARK IN THE BACK OF THE LOT. WE HAVE NEVER SEEN AN ISSUE. Is a 3 minute easy flat walk to the office down the street on Arizona and 15th.

We are located in the UCLA building on 15th and Arizona in Santa Monica, Suite 405. There is street parking, but READ SIGNS CAREFULLY. There is also parking for the building just south of Arizona. Additionally, there is metered parking at the corner of 14st and Wilshire behind the BlockBuster.
