		<description>I have always felt that at least 1/2 of my patients in AA were using cannabis to help them deal with their mood issues as well as using it for &quot;harm reduction&quot; for alcohol or other substance issues. I feel quite certain that if Dr. Bob were alive today, he would support the use of medical cannabis under a physician&#039;s care. 

Also, using cannabis in tincture form avoids the smoking and &quot;smell&quot; issues. I have always encouraged my substance &quot;issue&quot; patients to consider using medical cannabis</description>
