I am curious by what you mean? Could you re-send and explain? Are you including cannabis in “substance abuse”. Perhaps you were enjoying a great Bubba Kush when you were writing the comment? :)

I have always felt that at least 1/2 of my patients in AA were using cannabis to help them deal with their mood issues as well as using it for “harm reduction” for alcohol or other substance issues. I feel quite certain that if Dr. Bob were alive today, he would support the use of medical cannabis under a physician’s care.

Also, using cannabis in tincture form avoids the smoking and “smell” issues. I have always encouraged my substance “issue” patients to consider using medical cannabis
