
There are plenty of times where nausea, particularly during chemotherapy, is helped by combined CBD:THC whole plant extracts. There are times I need to use a lot more THC an hour or so before a meal to help when CBD is clearly not effective.
In fact, the most common time I see CBD help with nausea, is when the nausea is related to anxiety. This is common and using whole plant CBD is a great help.
However, what should we do when THC either does not work well or the psychoactivity is just too much? Well, the literature below would suggest that CBD-ACID, or carboxylated CBD, might be of great benefit.
