Home Visits
We offer house calls and can also travel to health care facilities for local clients who cannot travel to the office and would like to receive care directly at home or a health care facility. Initial consultations are one hour and include a comprehensive examination, review and discussion of prior medical history and records, and education on medical cannabis as a therapy. At the end of the consultation, patients are given a detailed treatment plan specifying recommended dosages and ideal administration methods to treat their condition. After your consult, follow up messaging continues your direct connection to the doctors. This is included with the cost of your office visit and is just as important to ensure you and the doctors have the ability to continue to discuss your progress or any questions you may have. We also provide patients with an insurance “superbill” for submission to their health insurance carrier. Shorter follow up consults are encouraged months later to ensure the patient has been following the recommended protocol, to make possible treatment modifications and for reporting progress. These follow up consults can be done in person, by phone or by video.
